TO THE SENIORS OF "1979"
This was our year, and we made it a great one.
Being a Senior has shown me the path I must take for the future.
It means bringing together the hearts of all our friends.
We grew up together and grew into each others souls.
We let each other know we care and we can only achieve through one another.
Being a Senior means we have accomplished life's tasks of devotion, studying, honoring and sharing.
We couldn't have made it without each and every one of us together.
We gave each other confidence, love, friendship, and at times a helping hand.
We Seniors will all drift apart in the coming years.
But the memories we gave to each other will linger through eternity.
Although we argued, disliked, and turned away now and then, we still care deep inside.
Through our years we've learned the meaning of "Friendship".
So, today, as we spend our last day together, just remember....
Being a Senior has made each and every one of us the person we are today, tomorrow and the rest of our lives.
And by living through our 1979 year, we can turn to each other and say thank you for being my friend.
And thanks for sharing the end or our togetherness.
